Location: Hill Head
Value: £800,000
Duration: 10 Months
We're proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive residential transformation in Hill Head, combining high-spec internal renovation with an ambitious exterior landscaping project.

Project Overview
This project began with the conversion of an existing two-storey property into a modern three-storey home, accompanied by a complete interior overhaul and external enhancements. The work, valued at £800,000, was delivered on time within a 10-month programme.

What We Delivered
Full interior renovation: Modernized layout, new services, bespoke finishes across all three floors
Structural conversion: Seamless addition of a third storey for enhanced living space
New fascia's: Installed all around for improved durability, reduced maintenance, and extended longevity
High-quality craftsmanship: Precision in every detail, from build to final fit-out
Garden Redevelopment
Following the successful handover of the building works, we were commissioned to undertake a complete transformation of the rear garden — previously a steep, underutilized slope.
The result is a stunning four-tiered garden, designed for both beauty and practicality:
Tier 1: Large patio area flowing directly from the rear of the property
Tiers 2–4: Landscaped beds, functional terracing, and robust retaining features
Drainage & access: Thoughtfully integrated for long-term performance
Outcome
This project is a clear example of how well-planned building and landscaping work can significantly enhance the value, usability, and visual appeal of a property. From the structural integrity of the house to the natural flow of the outdoor space, every aspect was designed and delivered with quality and longevity in mind.
We thank our client for their trust and collaboration throughout the process — and we're proud to have turned this vision into a lasting reality.
