Project Overview

This project began with the conversion of an existing two-storey property into a modern three-storey home, accompanied by a complete interior overhaul and external enhancements. The work, valued at £800,000, was delivered on time within a 10-month programme.

Following the successful handover of the building works, we were commissioned to undertake a complete transformation of the rear garden — previously a steep, underutilized slope.

  • Tiers 2–4: Landscaped beds, functional terracing, and robust retaining features

  • Drainage & access: Thoughtfully integrated for long-term performance
