Design build contract for Eastleigh Borough Council, formation of library and 2 x 2 bed apartments.

The works compromised of:

·        Plumbing.

·         Roofing.

·         Groundworks.

·         Kitchen fitting.

·         Bathroom fitting.

·         Flooring.

·         Painting.

Client: Eastleigh Borough Council.

Location: Hamble-le-rice, Southampton.

Contract length: 10 Months.
