I have used Lifetime Construction over the last 4 years at the Cascades Shopping Centre for such diverse works as roof leaks, installation of a shower room for staff, renewing doors, emergency call-outs, general repairs, plumbing, electrics and painting. I have bought building consumables – paint, ply etc, all of which has been delivered to my stores promptly, and have also had various metal work projects undertaken. We have even had Lifetime purchase and install a dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator! No job is too big or too small and every job has been completed to our satisfaction.
I have found all Lifetime’s staff to be professional, capable and friendly, and the work has always been carried out to a very high standard.

I would like to express my utmost respect and appreciation for all services supplied to this centre by the Lifetime Group. Over the last five years they have given us assistance in electrical repairs and servicing, general building maintenance, painting and decorating, as well as access control (both mechanical; gates, fences etc and electronic; intercoms, door controls etc). We have received assistance and backup in both the conventional working week (office hours) and via Lifetime's twenty-four hour emergency call-out operation.
All work has been completed to an excellent standard in good time and at competitive prices. Staff are smart and presentable, with a friendly yet very professional manner and approach to their work. Lifetime Management visit all work operations on site frequently and keep in touch with the Centre Management office on a regular basis.
Another area of expertise that this Centre is extremely appreciative of is that of Lifetime's function as consultants and advisors. On several occasions this has lead to us saving a considerable amount of money (helping us to deal with possible problems before they arise and develop further), time and manpower.
To summarise; I have found working along side the Lifetime group has offered us the stability, confidence and security of a conventional business partnership, without the bureaucracy red tape and broken promises of a conventional business partnership.
