Lifetime Construction negotiated this design and build contract to convert a grade II listed hotel into 8 luxury flats and a ground floor retail unit. The 6 month project involved a major refurbishment and fit out including internal and external decoration.

Swaythling Housing Association

Lifetime Construction was awarded this contract to undertake the upgrading and modernisation of 35 kitchens for Swaythling Housing Association.

This contract resulted in the successful negotiation of a further kitchen upgrading contract on another 44 properties.

Bognor Regis Railway Station, Phase 1

The first phase of a major refurbishment to a grade II listed Railway Station. Involved all trades in initial fire damage work undertaking alterations, plastering, plumbing, roofing, lead work, metal fabrication and tarmac restoration.

Bognor Regis Railway Station, Phase 2

Phase 2 of Bognor Railway Station required a sympathetic refurbishment to a grade II listed station.

The extensive refurbishment included re-roofing, guttering and platform canopy repair.

Major refurbishment and upgrading of a hostel to provide 8 self contained flats for the housing association. The contract involved re-roofing, double glazing installation, electrical and mechanical works, and an internal fit out.
