The contract involved the external decoration and associated repairs to 61 units on the Poundbury estate in Dorchester for The Guiness Trust. The high quality decorating contract was completed in 10 weeks - six weeks ahead of schedule.
Partnering contract with Kelsey Housing Association
Lifetime Construction were awarded a prestigious 5 year partnering contract for external decorations and associated repairs to association properties.
The contract covered over 6000 properties in the south, including Cambridgeshire, Kent, Sussex and the London Boroughs.
The contract commenced in 2003 and is due to finish in 2008.
